This hotel healed my soul, heart and mind. Yes it's kinda expensive, yes it's outside of the city... But I rarely felt this good just BEING in a place. The scenery around is out of this world and will leave you in awe (and I talk from the perspective of a European that traveled a lot both in an outside of cities). The structure is interesting and daring and welcoming and I was literally in love from the moment I stepped in the waiting hall to the very last step I left. The building is new, modern, clean everywhere, tasteful and amazing under all aspects. Again even if this hotel was not in the middle of the rain forest it would still be an incredibly beautiful hotel... But it is and so you're in one of the most beautiful hotels while being surrounded by mother Earth and it's lush nature ?? I could keep boasting on and on but it's hard to explain how beautiful it is to swim in the amazing pool while staring in awe at the forest. ???? The room was also amazing (I was at floor 3) with a good sized room with amazing services and furniture an incredibly comfortable bed. OH the food at the restaurant was also amazing even if a bit on the expensive side, but definitely totally 100% worth every penny. Souvenir store was also nice, a bit small but the products that I got were all really nice.. Again a bit expensive but that's expected. Thank you Mandai Hotel Staff... You really won a loyal customer if I'll ever happen to be around again and you definitely helped me heal my soul after a tiring working trip. ??

员工态度亲切友善，服务周到而有礼。酒店的早餐选择十分丰富，除了多样化的餐点外，还提供自行榨果汁。地理位置便利，邻近动物园与野生动物园，周边亦有多间餐厅，例如松发肉骨茶及湘香菜馆。

没记错的话是全球第100家悦榕庄，建在新加坡动物园边，酒店紧挨水库，环境非常优美。酒店是今年新开的，设施比较新但也不是特别高端。选择的是雨林房，房间不算大，但放眼望去就是雨林还是很不错的。唯一吐槽的可能就是酒店的早餐，不好吃。

It was a pleasant experience to stay in Mandai Rainforest Resort. It's a recommended place if you are looking for a relaxing place to unwind yourself. We wake up to the singing sound of birds and the lake view is fantastic. It truly lives up to the description of the sanctuary view. Lastly we are grateful that the hotel made a free upgrade for us to the sanctuary view room which makes our stay even more memorable. We are looking forward to our next trip back to here!

动物园的行程比较多的话住这个酒店是最方便的了，到市中心需要些时间，虽然有到地铁站的接驳车，仍然要走不少路，带着小孩和行李中转只能打车；酒店整体都很新，环境舒适，早餐好吃，服务态度也不错

25年新开业的悦榕庄，会让你住得非常舒适。设施衞生环境服务都很棒。满分推荐。这几年我们住的悦榕庄没踩过坑。推荐完讲点缺点：离市区远，公交要等，打车很贵，打车单程基本上白天要40新晚上要60新。周边就动物园那里有点餐厅，吃的少。饿了可以嚐个松发肉骨茶，再远点有个岩洞餐厅也还行。房间网速比较慢。

作为一个新酒店我觉得可以给90分，优势非常明显，离5个动物园都很近，resort有一条走廊直通新加坡动物园和夜间动物园，飞禽公园稍微远一些（grab大概10-15新左右，不确定是否准确，毕竟当天下暴雨了），动物爱好者还会再来住！ ??客房：住的是景观树屋，之前研究了一下 view最好的是2501/2502，但这次住的是2503，其实view也不错，兼顾了雨林和湖景，也挺美的，十一叠加F1溢价後大概3W+/3间夜，个人觉得还行，住个新鲜。 ??用餐：树屋可以在西餐厅（forage）吃早餐，虽然菜品较少但都好吃，尤其炒牛河我哭死，太美味了个自助餐厅（planters shed）巨难吃，自助晚餐自助早餐都巨难吃；想吃饭可以去旁边的diner alley，有寿司郎、松发肉骨茶，还有披萨和湘菜，新加坡动物园那个方向还有新开的麦当劳??都比酒店餐厅好吃多了?? ??????服务：凑合吧，一开始没查到我订单，办入住就花了半个小时??而且住景观树屋可以送动物园门票，携程也没提示！导致我们在万态wx小程序自己买了且不能退，几个工作人员商量了半天最後也没给出啥解决方案????♀? ??娱乐：spa也还行，6间sparoom、8个技师，可以选精油或者泰式，我做的泰式拉完了很舒服，400新2人还可以。

Despite check-in hiccups, the service staff was good. New resort which is walking distance from Mandai zoo, river wonders, night safari.

This place is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. It’s conveniently located about 8-10 minutes away from the zoo. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is new.

We stayed in the Family Room at Mandai Rainforest Resort as a family of four and were initially impressed by the warm hospitality. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with cool towels and refreshing drinks — a nice gesture that gave us high hopes for the stay. Unfortunately, the in-room experience did not meet expectations, especially for a resort that markets itself as family-friendly. The room was noticeably dusty, and the kids’ bunk bed area was poorly ventilated. The air conditioning was preset to eco mode with a locked temperature of 24°C and fixed fan speed, which made the room stuffy at night. As a result, my wife and kids had trouble sleeping and developed itchy skin and runny noses during the night. Basic kids’ amenities were also lacking — no toothbrushes, soap/shampoo suitable for children, stools for the kids to reach the sink, or an activity booklet. While some of these could be requested from housekeeping, the wait time for delivery was longer than expected, which added to the inconvenience. While the service staff were pleasant and welcoming, the room condition and lack of thoughtful family features made our stay less comfortable than it should have been. There’s definitely potential here, but more attention is needed to cleanliness, climate control, and in-room amenities to truly provide a comfortable stay for families.
