This hotel deserves a full 10/10 for a perfect staycation. While every service and facility was outstanding, the rooftop garden was my favorite feature. It was incredibly peaceful to watch different birds at dawn and to simply relax there as the sun went down. I will definitely go back again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly especially the front desk male with curly hair and glasses ( I forgot to ask for his name) He needs to be voted employee of the year!! Thank you for making our stay there a excellent one. We will be back for another round!

We were given a change to Rainforest view when we booked for retreat double double. The double bed is between a supersingle and a queen. Not too great for 2 big sized adults.

We booked a double room for a family of 5 including one under 6. The resort is a paradise, with the best views of seletar reservoirs. Amazing fresh air and views. Level 5 bar and swimming pool offers one of the best views. Breakfast spread was super, with wide variety of western and local cuisine. Service was impeccable. Near the mandai zoos, offering a new experience for tHe whole family. Rooms were cleaned and well designed. Thanks to all the staff!

Service was very good. Sunday morning breakfast is pretty crowded with long queues to even get a table. Atmosphere is great, doesn’t look like typical Singapore. Breakfast is good though, with a few live cooked stations.

Had a pleasant stay with my infant. Clean, good view and multiple food options within Mandai food alley. Good and peaceful stay. Hope that they are able to maintain the standards over time. Enjoyed their morning yoga but Didn't try their spa due to its price, would be able to get similar experience with better value at other hotels or resorts.

This is a very soothing resort to stay with. The environment filled with greenery and clean. The hotel is just located within Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Bird Park and Night Safari! The 5th floor Infinity Pool has a stunning view of jungle and reservoir! Recommended!

万态雨林悦榕庄和夜间动物园连在一起，步行过去5分钟，会路过几家餐厅（寿司郎、松发等）玩儿结束一般都比较迟至少10点以後，再回市区很远；住在这儿就可以玩的比较悠闲不赶时间。去其他的几个动物园也方便。整个酒店规划在自然雨林中，特别特别喜欢她的大堂！藤蔓随着微风随意的飘荡，穿堂风吹得非常舒服。还有5楼的屋顶花园和泳池，坐在上面俯视下面的水库全景和豆荚状的树屋，真的坐下就不想离开。房间比较宽敞，秉承着环保的理念不提供瓶装水，用一个漂亮杯子装水喝；酒店的走廊里也有取水装置，这个还挺不错的。早餐品种丰富东南亚风味都有，口味一般；入住可以送日间动物园游玩，这个在办入住的时候就提醒了，但我们没时间去就算了。酒店新开不久，打车司机有不认识路的，回城的司机就是找了很久才接到我们。这间悦榕庄蛮符合我对雨林度假的想象，自然不奢华，很惬意的感觉。

The hotel room given was good as I requested to be away from the elevators and back of house service rooms. The hotel carpark is quite obscured so I had missed it and park at the Main Resort Multi Storey car park which is quite a distance away from the hotel lobby. Luckily for us there was no rain and we manage to figure out how to transfer at different level to reach the hotel for check in. Better and bigger directional signs should strategically located to help first time visitors

I booked a 3D2N staycation at Mandai Rainforest Resort and the experience is great. The room was spacious and clean and the environment is clean and quiet. Breakfast was in a buffet style and there is many varieties to choose from. Absolutely enjoyed my stay and definitely will visit again.
